What You Should Know Before You Visit

While do we have walk-in hours, we strongly encourage you to book an appointment especially on the weekends so we can provide every bride with a personalized and relaxed shopping experience. Booking ahead ensures a dedicated bridal consultant and a curated selection of gowns waiting for you when you arrive.

At this time, we do not offer alterations in-house. However, we work closely with several trusted, professional seamstresses in the area who specialize in bridal gown alterations.

Once you’ve found your dress, we’ll happily provide recommendations for our preferred alteration partners who are experienced in working with bridal gowns and can ensure your dress fits beautifully for your big day.

Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive our bridal survey. This helps us learn about your style, venue, and wedding vision so we can prepare a personalized selection of gowns before you arrive.

We recommend bringing a maximum of 8 guests. This ensures we have enough space for you and your party to sit comfortably and enjoy the appointment. We have 2 different dressing rooms, one to accommodate larger parties and one to accommodate smaller parties. If you book a paid bridal experience, we will confirm how many guests you are bringing before the appointment. 

We recommend bringing:

• Nude undergarments
• Strapless bra (optional)
• Heels similar to your wedding shoe height (if you have them)
• Hair ties or clips if you'd like to visualize hairstyles

Most importantly, bring an open mind — many brides fall in love with a dress they didn’t expect!

We recommend shopping 9–12 months before your wedding date. This allows time for ordering, delivery, and alterations.

If your wedding is sooner, don’t worry! We have rush options or off the rack gowns available.
